200 milliliters of honey,
6 tablespoons of aloe vera gel (it’s important to use the natural gel because packaged gel contains less of the medicinal properties), 2 organic, unpeeled lemons.
Cut the unpeeled lemons and place them in the blender. Add the aloe vera gel and honey.
After blending, strain and place the liquid in the refrigerator.
It is recommended that you take one teaspoon in the morning and another at noon, for one week.
